FC: Maliente, Fleet of 2.
Formup took some time, around 10 hours from start until we were at desto. Once there the local alliance diplo, aka the hostess received us with smile and great service, even though it was outside her primetime.
The next day was spent pool-camping with the occasional splash away from pool. Not a lot of targets of opportunity at the pool, mostly pve’rs and noob ships.
Day 2 was much betterwhen our fleet of 2 acquired a WV Beetle cabrio inty for quick transport around the constellation, aka Crete. Fantastic graphics and stunning background.
That day and the 2 following was spent beach-camping where I as FC, sized up targets of opportunity or better known as hot chicks. Most of them were a legal target. Quite a few were escorted by battleship size escorts so my bulky and not to agile Brutix hull declined to engage. Lots of hull hp’s on this Brutix but with only passive tank it felt too risky. Stayed to watch the sun set over the ocean and that was an epic experience though did little to help my overall efficieny.
Today my fleet of 2 spent in one system with only waterplanets and lots of orbit to ground slides. Target rich environment and the FC often gave thanks to the inventor of sunglasses. Has been lots of fun and still 2 days to go off the campaign.
Day 6 and 7 of the campaign was again spent pool-camping with some logistics work and picking up firesale items on the local market. My fleet member more or less defected to a group of younger players leaving me to read up on strategy and fiction material. Got a bit close to the sun so acquired a definite red skin on my main hull. Felt a bit sore and tender, so looking forward to a more tan and basic ship colour again.
Came back from campaign and see that the wallet is low and need to rat it up again. Had a blast and will do it again when wallet is replenished.
Also, Greeks are great and fuck EU/IMF.
